Sanctuary Yoga & Wellness is a group of dedicated professionals in the yoga, fitness, wellness, and healing arts that combine resources and passions to build and serve community using our talents and skills. We are located in beautiful, historic downtown Staunton, Virginia at 16 West Beverley Street. We are right next to SunTrust Bank and across the street from Fretwell Music. Our space has been shared by various teachers since 2011. We are blessed to offer a wide range of classes to meet many of your practice needs. Our offerings include: Hatha, Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Gentle, Aikido and more!
